Terms and conditions:

Arrival and departure

• Check in time is from 14h00 until 18h00.
• Arrivals after 18h00 should be arranged with management prior to arrival date.
• Check out time is 16h00 or by prior arrangement (self catering) and 12h00 (B&B).
  

Reservation and payment policy:

• A 50% deposit is required in advance. The remaining 50% with a refundable breakage deposit of R2,000 are payable 7 days prior to occupation. The breakage deposit is only applicable on self catering renatls.
  

Cancellation policy:

• Cancellation of a reservation must be in writing.
• Cancellation 31 days or more, prior to occupation will result in a full refund less a 15% administration fee.
• Cancellation 8 to 30 days, prior to occupation will result in a 50% refund of the full accommodation payable.
• Cancellation 7 days prior to occupation will result in the full full accommodation payable. (No refund).
• In the event of premature departure or a "no-show", the full extent of the stay as originally booked and confirmed shall be payable. (No refund).
